Fiona Smith

Graduating in Occupational Therapy from the University of Newcastle in 1998, Fiona has worked in acute and community brain injury rehabilitation settings, complex physical and psychological injury management consultancy and in an Accredited Mental Health service which supports current serving defence personnel, veterans and their families towards their mental health recovery.  Fiona works in Clinical and Leadership role with Open Arms in Townsville and has been closely involved in the implementation of ‘Mending Military Minds’ – a neurocognitive health program developed in response to the identified needs of veterans and their families concerned about cognitive function.
