Alexandria Eves

Alexandria is an active 32-year-old Australian para-athlete, run coach, children’s fitness instructor, advocate for people with disabilities and public speaker. In 2016, she was involved in a catastrophic car accident. This took a massive toll on her body, leaving her with physical and cognitive disabilities that will be with her for life. During her rehabilitation and recovery, her primary personal barometer for improvement was physical fitness. She found, and wants to share, that running and exercise helped her emotional regulation, mental health and ability to ease into ‘everyday living’ in a social, supportive network.
