Damien Pegrem

Damien has 20 years of experience working in the disability sector, as support worker, program manager and trainer through to his current position as Client Service Manager and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Manager for Acquired Brain Injury Services. Damien has frontline experience of working with clients with “challenging behaviours” and supporting staff teams to implement PBS plans confidently and effectively. He is a strong advocate for positive client outcomes, and the importance of building teams of trained, skilled and supported staff to achieve them.
