Raymond Horn

Raymond is a mental health nurse who has worked in mental health and psychiatry for almost 40 years, in New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory and Queensland. He was a member of a Acquired Brain Injury outreach consultation and liaison team for two years in North Queensland in the mid-2000s. He is a Clinical Nurse Consultant employed by Queensland Health as Senior Court Liaison Officer for Mount Isa Mental Health Service.  Under the supervision of a forensic psychiatrist, he is responsible for assessments of soundness of mind and fitness for trial of defendants in the criminal justice system, summary jurisdiction.
